1Conference registration for presenting authors includes free entry to conference sessions, seminars, planery sessions, workshop, lunch, and conference dinner.
2Conference registration for non-presenting authors & visitors includes free entry to conference sessions, seminars, planery sessions and lunch.[Not included Workshops].
3All foreign nationals should immediately contact at [email protected] for intimation about presenting/attending the conference and visa support letter.

4Non Presenting Authors/Visitors are not entitled for Conference Dinner.

5 Extra page charges over and above 6 pages(Maximum of 2 extra pages allowed) will be 3000RS/page for Local Participents and 50USD / page for international participant.

  • Students of the Dept. of Mechatronics Engineering (those who don’t register for the conference) will need to buy special tokens for conference lunch and dinner.
  • The international participant  need to get invitation letter for applying for visa in advance.
  • The cost does not include accommodation during the conference.
