¹Conference registration for presenting authors includes free entry to conference sessions, seminars, planery sessions, workshop, lunch, and conference dinner.

⁴Non Presenting Authors/Visitors are not entitled for Conference Dinner.

⁵Extra page charges over and above 6 pages(Maximum of 2 extra pages allowed) will be 3000RS/page for Local Participents and 50USD / page for international participant.

Students of the Dept. of Mechatronics Engineering (those who don’t register for the conference) will need to buy special tokens for conference lunch and dinner.
The international participant need to get invitation letter for applying for visa in advance.
The cost does not include accommodation during the conference.
